Mandatory universal veganism + active protection of herbivores (killing predators if needed).
Eugenics: point-based system grading people on talent, health, criminality, etc.; sterilize/abort the bottom ~5–10% to prevent genetic decline.
Gender & family: strict traditional roles; very early/arranged marriages for succubi (puberty mentioned repeatedly); ban contraception for most; restrict divorce; state incentives or coercion for high fertility; some tolerance for state brothels.
Economy & technology: total state ownership/control of automation, AI, robotics --> phased drastic reduction of work hours (eventually near-zero); free basics (housing, food, healthcare); ban usury, advertising, malls, SUVs, high-rises, pets (to boost birth rates), etc.
